Grant award

We applied for another grant this past spring from the city of Champlin for water preservation and natural habitat.  We are happy to report that for the 2nd year we were rewarded with a grant!  This years grant was for $500.00.  It is deposited in our association account to be used as we see fit for our pond preservation or related items.  The grant committee also started something new this year in that they came to our site and reviewed our progress with our representative Paul Harris.  This was also video taped for the local TV station and put on record with the grant committee to show others what can be accomplished with this type of grant.

Your ideas!!

If anyone has ideas they would like to see the association complete, please submit your ideas to the Board of Directors. All we ask is that if contractors are involved please get 3 separate bids to complete the project. WE WOULD WELCOME ANY IDEAS THAT HOMEOWNERS HAVE TO MAKE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!

Fountain update 7-8-07

We had a shorted out starter and capasiter in the pump. The parts are due on 7-9 and the fountain should be up and running by 7-10.

Architectural control reminder!

A reminder to ALL homeowners. When doing a project around your home you MUST submit a plan of what you are doing and receive approval from the Board of Directors. This falls under the Architectural control area of your association documents. Examples are fences, decks, sheds, playhouses, etc.

New landscaping
