Fountain Update

Fellow Neighbors…  just wanted to provide you an update on the status
of the fountain.  

Both float plate and pump are broken resulting in total loss.  The
fountain will not be on again this year and over the winter; the Board
will be purchasing a new fountain to be ready for use next spring.

Fountain not working (August 2009)

Fellow Neighbors –

The fountain has not been working since late August because the motor has failed.  It will be pulled from the pond on 9/10 and we won’t know if it can be repaired for a few weeks.

Neighborhood Clean-up

Annual neighborhood clean-up of common areas scheduled for Saturday, 4/25 @ 3-5pm.  We will meet at 1376 Cobblestone (next to park path).  Gloves and bags will be provided.  We will have water and juice available as well.

After clean-up, we will be having pizza and other types of refreshments.  Plan on staying around and socializing with your neighbors.
